Wally Bork was the Hoselton Fire Chief.

In 1975 he was trying to get funds to replace a leaky tanker.^WTLC54

In 1981 he led his small department to the Warsaw fire by snowmobile because a bridge was out between the towns.^SX3 His son Clint was also a fireman, and later chief. (The surname was spelled Borck in Snowplow Extra and in The West Turtle Lake Club)

In August 2010 he was nearing eighty and had trouble getting around. He manned the fire station and the radio when the department was called out to the Birdwatcher Hill Fire.^BHF2 He relayed a number of messages when Clint was able to contact Hoselton but not Centrall control in Spearfish Lake.^BHF5 When an extra vehicle was needed at Turtle Hill Wally brought it from Hoselton.^BHF27
