Summary
Beverly Hartley sent Susan McMahon to talk to college president Mark Thompson about the concept job. With his enthusaiasm and her interest in SMU he sold her on a twelve month job which was actually four jobs with only vague outlines of job descriptions. Those job descriptions would be hers to define before they became actual separate jobs.
