You say "After the year was over, Paula left to Antioch, the name of two different Universities that she might work towards a doctorate." That doesnt make sense to me and I cant change it as I dont know what it sould say...

I removed the unclear phrase. From context, I would guess Antioch is the name of a grad school Paula will attend next. There are two possible universities, one in California and a smaller school in Ohio. Antioch is also the name of a few towns in the United States, none in New York. Wes never had a problem with these ambiguities in the intentionally under-defined geography of Spearfish Lake.
