Steve Sharp was a member of the class of 1988 at Bradford High School, and was a very bright kid -- but he was only a little taller than Denis Riley, and weighed somewhere on the far side of 300 pounds, to the point where he had trouble walking. Academically, he was on the level with Jennlynn Swift, getting all A's, all the time -- but he'd gotten D-minuses two years in phys. ed., despite his best efforts and all the teasing. Needless to say, this would be enough to prevent him from becoming valedictorian.^GM6

However, he never makes it to graduation. Brett and Brock Mansfield enrage him to the point where he drives his mother's Buick into their pickup truck at a combined speed of 150mph near the I-67 overpass and the Chicago Inn, killing all three of them.^GM6

Steve's father was Phil Sharp, a well-liked businessman in Bradford.
