The city of St Louis is important in the Spearfish Lake Tales universe only in that it is the home city of Tanisha Blythe. She attended Martin Luther King High School there. Her father and brother are important in the local Bethel African Baptist Church (at least until it imploded, as described in Chapter 19, Chapter 20 and Chapter 21 of [[Growing Together).
