Seth was a violent man who bought Sally Hanson from her parents. He was married to her in a ceremony at her parents' home about an hour after her high school graduation and immediately took her away to his home in Beaumont, Texas. He repeatedly beat and raped Sally and kept her chained to the bed.
The marriage was only a church ceremony without a marriage licence to make it legal.
One day he beat Sally and broke her arm. He was too drunk to remember to chain her up again and she escaped by climbing out of a second floor window.
The next day he went to the hospital where Sally was being treated and started beating her in front of the cop who was there talking to Sally.
He was the father of Teresa Hanson, though Sally had a different name put on Teresa's birth certificate as father so there was no risk of Seth having access to Teresa.LP5
