Summary
The end of season work party starts, which includes stripping down all the equipment for major maintenance, and deciding which equipment needs repair and which equipment needs replacing. Scooter wants Al to get some better paddles.
They meet up with the members of Team 2, especially Dave and Mary Wells, the trip leaders.
Al discusses the plans for next year, including personnel, and wants to know if anyone knows anyone they can recruit to fill the gaps in their staff.
