Summary
During the usual stop at Phantom Ranch William Barber takes the opportunity to use the phone. He admits 'that being away from the telephone is a little relaxing'.
They pull off the river to wait out a thunderstorm on Saturday. When they were back on the river 'it was interesting to watch the tiny waterfalls that seemed to spring up everywhere' and they found the normally dry Maktamiba Canyon was roaring.
Sunday morning Cassie Fletcher was in a mood to rant about something and took it out on Bethany when she and Mark were delayed packing up the toilet.
Crystal concerned about the water level in Havasu Creek where she planned to lunch and hold a church service. With some difficulty they did make it to shore there.
Before Preach got started on the church service Nanci asked for a time to speak.
