Diane Graveline was a dairy farmer of a large farm with 1200 cows, the milking ran 24/7. Many employees spoke Spanish and listened to mariachi music in the milking parlor. Brett Wickwire sometimes worked for Diane as a substitute milker.
Her college roommate Samantha Ammerman owned a winery and wanted to add dinner theater to increase sales. Diane put Samantha in touch with Brett to discuss the possibility.
When Brett was looking for furniture for the rental house at Curlew Creek, Diane loaned him a couple of single beds.
