Deer Park Soaring Club was a soaring club south of Denver in the Colorado Springs area. They were set up for mountain wave soaring.

Bree Gravengood had a membership as part of her Christmas present and when the weather looked promising in February Mark Gravengood took her there to learn mountain wave soaring and to attempt her Gold and Diamond altitude gain requirements.

Harry Bankston was the instructor and George Flusser flew the tow plane.^RFW33

Black Forest Soaring Society is located at Kelly Airpark between Colorado Springs and Denver

The Spokane Soaring Society is based at Deer Park Airport (DEW), Deer Park WA.
