Summary
Chuck, the owner of the Glacier Bay fishing trawler, is anxious to slip the moorings and head south like all the other boats, but his deck hand hasn't turned up. Crystal wanders by and volunteers, and Chuck can't afford to let the opportunity go. He's rapidly impressed that she's a better hand than the one he's left behind.
Crystal is surprised when Chuck plays a brand new CD At Home With Jenny Easton, and is able to tell Chuck a bit about it.
A while later Glacier Bay is nailed by a freak wave and Chuck is knocked out and injured. Crystal gets them into a safe mooring in a small cove called God's Pocket. With some assistance from another boat (the Frigidsea) Crystal is able to get them back to Seattle.

Real World Note
God's Pocket is a real location - it's a cove on Hurst Island, in Queen Charlotte Strait, which lies between the east coast of Vancouver Island and the mainland of British Columbia in Canada. There is a God's Pocket Marine Provincial Park that is well known as a cold water scuba diving destination.
