He was getting it on with Courtney Dolfuss when the Sheriff arrived to break up the party.^BOF19 They managed to avoid capture and made it home undetected about 6am. Later, while they were washing his car the Sheriff stopped by to tell them they were the only two to escape his trap.^BOF25

When he wasn't suspended from the football team by Mrs. Wine he confessed to her that he'd been at the party. For his honesty she allowed him to attend practice but he had to miss two games.^BOF28
