Summary
Mike had covered a City Council meeting at which the storm sewer separation issue had been discussed; the net was that the US Department of Natural Resources had turned them down for a grant but said that they needed to get moving on the project.
Mike realized that special tax assesment district was going to cost him and Kirsten, along with many other affected taxpayers, a substantial amount to pay for the project, and he thought that if they moved quickly before news of the tax increase got out, they might save themselves a substantial amount of money.
He realized that he might have a tough sell to convince Kirsten to move.
