Summary
After the hunting season closes, Mike & Mark take the dogs for their first run. They get back after dark, so they are both cold. Mike invites Mark & Jackie over to use the hot tub.
Mike gets home to find he's got a Christmas card from Andy Bairnsfether who has just moved to the Los Angeles Times as an investigative reporter.
Mike and Mark start discussing their Warsaw Run and decide to test part of the route by leaving Warsaw on the Saturday, camping overnight then returning on the Sunday. It will give them a chance to show their teams to Jim Horton.
Jackie said. "Remember what Jim Horton said: `You gotta be nuts to be a dog musher."
"I think these guys qualify," Kirsten agreed.
