Buck Jacklin was a tall, lanky North Carolina hillbilly without many teeth – he’d lost them in a confrontation with a steering wheel in some wreck years before.
Buck had driven for MMSA in 1949 and returned for the 1952 and 1953 seasons, bringin Hap, Junie and Buckshot with him for 1953.
