Summary
More of Gil's career in the army, this time for three years at Fort Bragg and three more years back in Germany. He retires and the family moves back to Spearfish Lake.
Carrie goes to work at the Spearfish Lake Record-Herald.
Gil, on the other hand has another problem... Predictably, three pre-schoolers drove Gil nuts within a month. He was soon wondering if a nice, peaceful Special Forces camp in Vietnam that only got attacked every week or two might not be easier on his blood pressure . . .
