About half the text of this chapter is an exact or trivially-edited copy of text from Alone Together Chapter 11. Wes should sue himself for copyright infringement! Just kidding. Actually it is kind of disappointing when you wait impatiently for a "new" chapter to be released, and get a recycled chapter instead.

I knew that there was going to be considerable overlap between AT and MC; not only in this chapter, but others previous and [presumably] subsequent. After all, without it, the stories fail as standalones. I for one can't fault Wes on this. [bytemangler]

Hmm- Missing from Magic Carpet is a chapter about the comment in Alone Together that Jennlynn had given a seminar or two at Lamdatron related to her experiences at the Redlite. By Chapter 27 in the Magic Carpet storyline that time period has passed. It would have been before Tanisha and Jon first summer at Lamdatron.--SPLTWikiSysop 12:49, 31 October 2009 (UTC)
