Summary
Police officers Janice Watkins and Rick Mattison are on a stakeout for speeders but are soon routed by radio dispatch to a nearby convenience store robbery in progress where gunshots were heard fired. They discover a tall black-clad woman with a face mask calmly holding the bleeding gunman down with only a sword as a weapon.
Minutes later the police and paramedics have the situation under control, but the mysterious comic book character in black has disappeared into the night along with the white hotrod she'd been driving.
The still-jumpy store cashier tells Channel 5 TV news reporter Jason Metheny and cameraman Shane Gritzmaker that an Amazon woman named "Poleeta" saved her life and is very insistent that the Amazon was real.
