Sherm Hitchcock was the father of Ashley Hitchcock. He'd never really disciplined Ashley and had to pay for her mistakes a number of times.
He was a banker at Hawthorne County National Bank.
After Ashley wrecked Chuck Austin's race car Mr. Hitchcock paid for it and tried to discipline Ashley and get her to work to repay him.
