Ashley Hitchcock was a cheerleader at Bradford High School finishing her Junior year. She was Chuck Austin's girlfriend and resented any time he put into his race car or racing.

She decided to drive in a Powder Puff wives and girlfriends race the opening night at Bradford Speedway, and borrowed Chuck's car for it. Attempting to spin Telzey Amberdon she missed and spun Chuck's car hard into the wall.

When her father grounded her and told her she'd have to pay him back what Chuck's car had cost she worked round it.

Unable to believe she'd been at fault Ashley set out to get Matt d’Lamater to put Telzey into the wall. When Matt found out what she wanted he spanked her soundly.

After thinking about things she realised that Matt was the first person who either wasn't scared of her or cared enough to correct her and asked if he'd give her a second chance.
