Joe Wolsley was a Pony Stock racer driving car number 48 at Bradford Track. He was notoriously hard to pass even though his car wasn't doing as well as last year.
Joe was one of the racers to step in to separate Ashley Hitchcock and Larissa Zoisite when Larissa hit Ashley for making time with her boyfriend Matt d’Lamater. Joe told Ray Austin about the fight which resulted in Ashley being denied a pit pass.
