Summary
Mel and Arlene Austin were impressed with how bad the Bradford Speedway was all round.
They characterized the Junior Stocks racing as motorized schoolyard bullying and recogniosed the cheating bullies were going to drive the others in the class away, either to other tracks or out of racing altogether.
Mel and Arlene talked round the problems, eventually Mel realised that Arlene was trying to talk him into taking control of the Junior Stock class.
