New version, as more intuitive chapter infobox than Template:Chapter Navigation Assumes it's in a page of format "XXXX Chapter N", where XXXX is the (full) book title, and N is the chapter number. Usage:
{{Chapter|time=July 2002}}
Logic: it derives the book title and number from {{PAGENAME}}, retrieves properties from the book using the title, and passes all arguments to Template:Chapter/Links for infobox formatting.
