This macro is normally called from Template:Cite.
It's used to properly format linked citations to a book chapter.
Usage: {{Cite/Links|Book title|Prefix|Last|book=|chapter_number=}}
- book is the book code, one of Property:Book
- chapter_number obvious
The following parameters are positional, not named; i.e. the order is fixed
- title of book, one of Category:Book
- prefix to the chapter pages, e.g. slt:07dw/dw for Dawnwalker
- number of the last chapter (aka number of chapters)
