Anybody know who Pat Roberts is? This chapter is the only reference to him/her. It would seem they are a ciry employee, buit that's as fas as I get. --steve_h 16:38, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
A local attorney. I seem to recall I used the name elsewhere but for the most part it's just a throw-in name. -- Wes
