Ron Lawson was a Camden resident in 1975. He had won the 1974 Spearfish Lake Chili Festival cook-off and returned in 1975 with an improved version of his “Thunderbutt Chili”.WTLC1 He took third place in 1975, winniing a ten-gallon aluminum cookpot.WTLC60
