Lori Watson née Mattson, is Judith Niven's friend at Willow Lake High School in the early 1980s. She is the one that persuades Ken Sorensen to take Judith to the prom, but as part of the deal Lori has to go with Ken's friend, Bob Watson. Lori gets to know Bob, getting past his stutter, and they start dating.
Lori and Bob Watson get married in the summer of 1984, after discovering Lori is pregnant.TNG9 Their eldest child is Jimmy. A second child, Amanda, is born in the winter 1986.TNG16 The Watsons probably live in Arvada Center and work in the combined farming operations with the Sorensen's.FtS37
