Summary
Les Marks calls in Steve Cziller to ask him top try to get to Warsaw over the Kremmling Branch even though it's embargoed. Steve gets a crew together, plus an old rotary plow that someone had rugged up. They are to make their way to Kremmling but wait there until Marks has permission for them to try the Kremmling Branch. Things go OK until the plow throws a weight.
