Summary

At the end of the trip they discuss crew re-assignments with Al. As Glenn has to leave for a retreat Crystal suggests promoting Norma to boatman. Duane asks Al about OLTA, WFR and EMT. At Phantom they change with Mike and Michelle joining them as boatmen, and Karin joining them to get the experience needed so that she could become a boatman soon. Scooter starts to teach Karin how to run a paddle raft instead of using the oars. At the end of the trip they were looking for Jim, to find that he was in the canyon - Al had hired him as a swamper for Dave and Mary.
