Summary

On the way to work on the railroad, Danny spots that the old Record-Herald site is up for sale again, and rushes to Jennifer & Blake to get them to put a 30 day option on it. The following morning they all meet at Jennifer & Blake's for breakfast to discuss what they want to do. Jennifer & Blake want to build a studio for recording in, but they need to know what Danny is planning on doing, as it need him committed for a few years. Danny has no plans to leave Spearfish Lake.
