Summary
They stop early for the day at Nankoweap for lunch, and then there is a hike to the spectacular view from the Anasazi granaries, and another that Scooter leads up the Nankoweap creek. When they get back, as dinner is underway, Crystal and Noah are still sitting on a ledge by the granaries.
The next day, also a lazy one, they joined with the other team and the hike-ins at Phantom Ranch. When they made camp for the night, Al did some more crew rearrangement and hoped that that they would stay put for the rest of the season, but Scooter was less optimistic on that score.
The day of the wedding, Randy ran Crystal and managed to get spun around, ending up backwards. They arrive at the Baseball Man canyon, and Al decides that Dave and Mary's team should move across the river to reduce the crowding on the beach; those that would be at the wedding would be ferried across. Scooter realizes that for almost the first time in two years, she and Crystal are going to be split up when she hikes out at Bass trail the next day.
The wedding party and guests assemble at the Baseball Man water pocket, with Myleigh and Crystal switching to nice dresses, upstaging Karin, who is dressed in white, although she had on a white blouse and white shorts that didn't come close to matching. Randy with his guitar, and Myleigh provide the music, and Karin and Al are soon pronounced man and wife by Noah. After the wedding feast, Al and Karin go back up to the water pocket to spend the night.
The next day, as Scooter is about to hike out, Crystal wishes her good luck with Jim, telling her that there was no way she could have fooled her.
