Dr. Trishia York, graduated in medicine from The University of Wisconsin and was recruited by Dr. Gene Metarie when Dr. Paltow decided to retire and there was more work than Gene wanted. Danny Evachevski had a shock when he realised he'd met her before as Peppermint Patty at the Redlite Ranch Square One Chapter 51, though this remains their secret.
