Marie Rumsey, married to Fred Rumsey.

During the events of Snowplow Extra she is heavily pregnant, and actually gives birth to a son in the ambulance that is being transported by rail from Warsaw to Spearfish Lake. Although the child is called Steve, he is commonly known as Stormy.
