In 1987 George Lindquist is the oldest member of the Spearfish Lake Cafe regulars. He is a retired school teacher, runs the local historical societies and writes a weekly column for the Spearfish Lake Record-Herald. He helps Mike McMahon get his book about the Warsaw fire (Snowplow Extra) published by the local history society. He also provides the connection to Bob Linder and Spearfish Lake's dog sledding traditions. (Busted Axle Road).
