Leroy Kingfisher was an investigator for Halloran Security.

In 2002, he oversaw the investigation of Kwame Blythe on behalf of Lambdatron and particularly his risk potential to Kwame's sister Tanisha. Kingfisher was a solidly built, conservatively dressed black man in his early forties. He once worked in St. Louis, but had since transferred elsewhere, returning to visit the city on occasion. He portrayed a "hood" while investigating Kwame and his congregation.

In particular, he had some conversation with Martin Clemmens, suspected of being the enforcer for Kwame.^GT18
