Steve Cziller was the Road Foreman on the Central Division of the D&O Railroad during the events of Snowplow Extra.

Steve leads the D&O rescue train SX-3217 over the tattered Kremmling Branch through the back door onto the C&SL to help save Warsaw. Harry Anson is also part of his crew.
