Summary

Mark, Mike, Kirsten & Jackie talk about Jennifer Evachevski's performance. They are checking out the other costumes, and can't recognise John Pacobel's date. When Mike goes for more drinks he recognises her as Heather, who is already slurring her words. Mike chats with Linda about Tiffany and dog sledding. As he makes his way through the crowd he hears Don talking about a "retention pond out on 427" which piques his interest. It prompts him to ask Binky if she still owned the land there, where Kirsten had seen Jack Musgrave testing soil. Binky thinks she has someone interested in buying it.
