Summary

Heather takes Pam with her to meet with the council to explain what she knows of the situation. It's the first time anyone has really heard about the Gibson's Water Snake, and Mike is surprised when he realises that it's the snake that shocked Kirsten. Pam explains why the sewer separation would affect the snake.
