Summary
Gil finally gets a letter from the Vietnamese embassy in Ottawa saying he's been granted a Visa, it takes a while for him to get organised, but when he gets to the Embassy in Ottawa, they refuse to issue the Visa. Gil is very disappointed in himself for not making the most of the opportunity, even though Heikki and the others are grateful that he tried.
