Michelle (no last name) was working in the Canyon Tours office and took the reservations for Randy and Karin in Dawnwalker. She has a fierce bubblegum habit, and normally was a boatman. 25 years old in 1999, she started as a swamper at the age of 15 and became a boatman on her 18th birthday. Described as "strong as a mule, a black belt that can whip Crystal's ass, can drink any other two boatmen on the river combined under the table, and happens to be the next senior boatman in the company to Al himself".
