Phyllis (last name currently unknown) is an electrologist (one who performs electrolysis for permanent hair removal) in Chicago. Since this is generally a given for a genetic male who is trying to appear female, or is planning to undergo Sex Reassignment Surgery, she has treated both Denis Riley and Paul Mclellan . She herself had a son who had gone through SRS.
