Summary
Mike had covered a City Council meeting at which the storm sewer separation issue had been discussed; the net was that the DNR had turned them down for a grant but said that they needed to get moving on the project. Mike realized that this was going to cost him and Kirsten, along with many other affected taxpayers, a substantial amount to pay for the project, and he thought that if they moved quickly before news of the tax increase got out, they might save themselves a substantial amount of money. He realized that he might have a tough sell to convince Kirsten to move.
