Troy Moorehead was the Director of Field Operations for Front Range Technical Services. When Brandy Evachevski quit, Troy was the first person Fred Warwick called.

Troy was determined to find a new position for Brandy inside Front Range, and away from the mining where she burned out. He expected something in R&D to tempt her. She agreed to run some analysis on a machine in her home in Spearfish Lake.

When Phil Wine wrote an upgrade on the software, Troy was on the panel that agreed to a $3M buyout.
