Jim "Griz" Geletzke, is an African American who is a part owner ("shareholder") and a supervisor at Lambdatron (1997), the company where Jon Chladek and Tanisha Blythe first intern and later become employee/owners. Was a football star at Georgia Tech on an athletic scholarship, known as Grizzly Geletske. First met in Alone Together Chapter 7 he is wearing a T-shirt that said "1986 Southern 500 -- Darlington SC -- The track too tough to tame". It wasn't so much the stock car racing that shocked as it was the prominently displayed Confederate flag.
