Things that need to be done
- Establish 'Sysops' - For now these will be set at 'Administrator' rather than 'Bureaucrat' level. mls 5/3/09
- Move and organize Google document information to this page so that use of Google document can become obsolete.
- Set major sections
- Get logo picture
- Edit Main Page at least with an Introduction / Under Construction message . At least a start with reorganization and Prototype notice. mls 5/3/09
