Time period

Summary

Hjalmer takes Jackie up to Turtle Hill, only to run into the astronomy club who are looking for Messier objects. Though Hjalmer wants to go elsewhere, Jackie stays and gets into a discussion about Charles Messier [1], and sees a number of them through the telescope. Jackie has a brief chat about her date with her step-mother Sarah before going to bed. Next morning as a waitress at Rick's Cafe, Jackie chats to Lori (another waitress) and realises the astronomy club are coming in for breakfast. Jackie finds out that the person showing her the sky was Mark Gravengood, and they agree to meet later that night so she can see more.
