Edgreenberg: It should be noted that the Apollo 14 Launch was in January, 1971 and the Apollo 15 launch was in July of that year. Perhaps launch windows are different in Spearfish Lake.
bytemangler: I'd come across that myself a while back, and came to the same conclusion; Spearfish Lake time warp, artistic license (used that myself once or twice); whatever.
I was also aware of this, but decided that it didn't have much impact on the story, except that you'd have top change all the dates by a few weeks, I don't think it really matters. steve_h 12:23, 13 December 2009 (UTC)
